Suwalska Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna S.A., being part of the Polish Investment Zone, supports the development of entrepreneurs who invest in the managed area covering the entire Podlaskie Voivodeship, Ełk and Gołdap counties located in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship, as well as the Łosicki, Ostrowski, Sokołowski and Węgrowski counties of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. Our offer is aimed at companies investing in human capital and service development, as well as manufacturing companies that plan to implement modern Industry 4.0 solutions in their factories to optimize production in terms of speed or cost, and to adapt it to the needs of a rapidly developing world. The primary benefit of investing in the area managed by SSSE S.A. is the country’s highest amount of support in the form of income tax exemption within the Polish Investment Zone. The public aid offered in the form of unpaid tax can be as high as 70% of the value of eligible costs. The Zone is targeted at entrepreneurs implementing investments on their own, public or leased land. The tax exemption is available for either 12 or 15 years, depending on the location of the investment. We take care of investors who intend to set up a company in the area managed by SSSE S.A., but also those who already operate in the area and plan to invest in the development of their businesses.
